Former Benue State Governor, Gabriel Suswam, has officially joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the same day he resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Suswam marked his first activity as an APC member by registering at his Mbagber Council Ward in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State.

According to reports, the former governor resigned from the PDP, citing persistent internal crises within the party as the reason for his departure.

His move adds another high-profile figure to the APC as political realignments continue ahead of upcoming elections.
